because I'm nuts about Fanny Ardant. Plus, Gerard Depardieu is in it. Another movie about infidelity; in this one, a jealous wife hires a prostitute to seduce her unfaithful husband. Her motivations are obscure: is she seeking to entrap him, to put his infidelities under her control, or does she simply get off on the prostitute's graphic descriptions of their time together?It's not a fun movie to watch, but well done, with an unexpected conclusion.
